When I was in high school, I would sit in the courtyard during lunch & make daisy chains from dandelions.

I would make necklaces & crowns & rings & pass them out to people walking by. I would decorate the student body, even kids I didn't know, with yellow flower chains.

Even though these earrings aren't dandelions, they remind me of the warm sun on my back, as I lie in a grassy spot, eating apples & knotting flowers into jewelry.
